FHAT is excited to partner with Homeless&Helpless on a clinic in Nuevo Arena, Costa Rica. this organization has the experience on the ground in Costa Rica and will provide the logistical support and engage the surgical team. in addition they will work with local governments to obtain approvals, a venue and get the word out to local pet owners.
